Great interview with Matt. I always liked his charecter, total opposite than he really was. I miss Dink alot too, prob the best midget in ring hands down.

I’ve never listen to this show previously. However, I did listen to this Matt Borne interview.
I believe it would’ve been a classy and curve-ball of a move to have to have asked as the very last Word Association name to be Tony Borne. Who was Matt’s father and an extraordinary grappler and man in the Portland area. Probably the most infamous wrestler in this area. Tony was teamed up with his protege wrestler - Lonnie Maine and wrestled weekly along with Piper, Snooka and others. It would have been interesting to hear what he would say being caught off guard.
